Coaching Fees:        $35.00 per coach
                              (All coaches are required to register to coach their athlete)

Registration Restrictions:
Must be a US Citizenship - US Birth Certificate or US Passport (black belts)
Must be a Pennsylvania State Resident - Driver’s license or report card (all belts)
Participants must be current USAT member - Valid USAT Membership Card (all belts)

Proof of black belt - Dan Certificate (black belts)
Proof of valid Medical Insurance (all belts)


Age category is determined by the age the competitor will be as of December 31, 2013.
